WhatsApp — 0707 378 5797
Best for quick questions, sending photos of your site, and going back and forth on quantities. You can send a picture of a drawing or a wall and we can work from it directly. Usually answered the same working day.
Contact
WhatsApp is the fastest route to a real answer. Phone and email work too, and the Wuye office is open if you would rather handle the material before you commit to it.
Reach Us
We are a small team working out of Wuye in Abuja. There is no call centre and no ticket queue, which means a message reaches a person who can actually answer it. Pick whichever route suits you, but if you want an answer today, use WhatsApp.

The same line. Best when a written back-and-forth would take longer than two minutes of talking, or when you need to walk us through a site condition. Monday to Friday, working hours.
Best for anything with attachments: drawings, bills of quantities, tender documents, or a specification you want us to price against. Slower than WhatsApp, but it leaves a record both sides can refer back to.

Come and handle the material. Nobody should commit a whole envelope to a block they have only seen in a photograph. Message or call before you set out so someone is there to meet you.
Before You Write
Most enquiries we receive say some version of “how much are your blocks?” That question cannot be answered honestly without knowing a few things, so the first reply becomes a request for information and two days disappear. If you include the four below, we can usually come back with a real answer straight away.
This matters more than anything else on the list. Haulage distance is a large part of what a delivered block costs, and our lead times differ between Abuja FCT, where we are quickest, and Lagos or Enugu. “Abuja” is a start; “Lugbe, AMAC” lets us price it.
A three-bedroom bungalow, a boundary wall, a school block, a compound of six units. Tell us the storeys too. This determines which product line applies and whether your engineer needs certified structural figures from us before specifying.
If you know the block count, give it. If you do not, give us the wall area in square metres, or even just the building footprint and wall height, and we will do the count with you. An approximate number is far better than none. We would rather work from your rough figure than guess at your project size.
When do you need material on site? Block production is not instant and we will not accept an order we cannot deliver against. Knowing your date early lets us tell you plainly whether it is achievable, which is more useful to you than a quote that quietly slips.
Enquiry Form
The fields follow the four points above, so completing it gives us everything we need.
What Happens Next
We aim to reply to every enquiry within one working day, Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over the weekend or on a public holiday get answered the next working morning.
If your enquiry included location, building type, quantity and timeline, that first reply will normally be a substantive one rather than a request for more information.
If we cannot help — your site is outside where we can currently deliver, your timeline is one we cannot meet, or your project needs certified figures we do not yet hold — we will say so in that first reply rather than keeping you in a conversation that goes nowhere. Being an early-stage company means saying no more often than we would like.
If a working day passes without a reply, assume the message went astray and call. That is not us ignoring you.
Location, what you are building, rough quantity, timeline. Four lines on WhatsApp is enough to get a real answer moving.
